Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery Time
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
- Standard delivery: R89
- FREE delivery on all orders over R1,000
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to courier capacity or unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, please contact us and we'll assist immediately.
