AutoRescue operates as an online retail store selling automotive accessories to customers in South Africa. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

We make every effort to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product availability is subject to change.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely via PayFast. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund if this occurs.

5. Delivery
We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. AutoRescue is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability
AutoRescue shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
